 Discovered by chance.

Years ago, I fell in love with a beautiful large painting.  On the dark canvas were three small violets (flowers) and just one drop of water, painted with oil paint.  So beautiful, that one was tempted to feel whether this drop was real.  As the price of this painting was equivalent to a medium sized car, I went home empty handed.  Yet I could not forget that painting. One day I bought a small linen canvas and some oil paint and got started.

I surprised myself!

When I am painting I forget everything. Magnificent!  That is how my passion for painting began.
